Dr Jason is a highly skilled and passionate dentist who graduated from the University of Otago with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2015. He is dedicated to providing his patients with the highest quality dental care and enjoys all aspects of dentistry, from prosthetic work to sedation to orthodontics with braces and Invisalign. However, his true passion lies in implant surgical work, where he has honed his skills to become a true expert. 

Dr Jason has a strong commitment to continuing professional development as he believes in providing fully-encompassing dental advice and treatment options for all his patients. By keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, Dr. Jason can provide his patients with the most effective treatments that are tailored to their individual needs. Dr Asa is a New Zealand-trained and registered Dental Surgeon who was born and raised in Onehunga, Auckland. He has a proud Tongan heritage and is fluent in his native tongue. He is mainly based in Primecare Dental Mangere Bridge and is grateful to be a part of the community.

He has a special interest in wisdom teeth surgery, Invisalign and dental implants. However, he is most passionate about empowering and motivating his patients towards healthy oral and dental health.

Meet Dr. Jeff, Your Smile Architect. 

Dr. Jeff is a highly skilled dentist who completed his training at the University of Otago, graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Honours). In 2020, he achieved the prestigious accreditation of Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons FRACDS (GDP), a distinction awarded to only a select few dentists each year. He is also a proud member of the New Zealand Society for Anaesthesia and Sedation in Dentistry (NZSSD) and possesses extensive experience as a sedation dentist, ensuring patients’ comfort during dental procedures through intravenous sedation.

Setting himself apart from others, Dr. Jeff is among the few dentists in the country who employs Digital Smile Design technology to restore beautiful smiles. His philosophy revolves around creating a smile that not only looks aesthetically pleasing but is also healthy, comfortable, and blends seamlessly with your facial features.

Driven by a commitment to continuous improvement, Dr. Jeff is currently pursuing postgraduate training in implant dentistry at the Australian College of Dental Practitioners. Simultaneously, he has enrolled in the Fellowship of Modern Implantology to enhance his expertise in placing and restoring dental implants, further expanding the range of services he can offer to his patients.

After graduating from the University of Otago, Dr Roy worked as a general dentist in Oamaru and Waimate for several years before moving up to Auckland to continue his journey in dentistry. He is a multilingual dentist fluent in English, Mandarin, and conversational in Cantonese.

Dr Roy is committed to a patient-centered approach and always makes sure his patients are listened to and cared for. He always ensures his patients are involved in the planning of their treatment and focuses on the impact the treatment will have on the patients’ quality of life. He continues to develop his skills and stays up to date with the latest dental procedures by attending courses and conferences in New Zealand and Australia. He is capable in all aspects of general dentistry with a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and dental implants. He has completed a full year implantology course held by The ACE Institute in Gisborne.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Roy enjoys a round of golf during the weekend. He loves spending quality time with his wife and young daughter. He also enjoys exploring cafes and food hunting around Auckland.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Anatomy and Dentistry, Dr Patricia combines her extensive knowledge and personalised approach to deliver comprehensive dental care, focusing not only on treating dental issues but also on promoting overall well-being. She takes the time to get to know her patients, listening attentively to their concerns, and providing education to empower them to take ownership of their oral health in a warm and welcoming environment.

She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and is particularly interested in preventive dentistry, getting patients out of pain, and complex crown and bridgework. Her commitment to excellence, combined with her genuine care for patients, sets her apart as a dentist who is truly passionate about helping you achieve a healthy and beautiful smile.

Outside of dentistry, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and her feline companions. She enjoys playing board games and exploring the beautiful nature New Zealand has to offer.

Dr Chase studied and completed a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago. He was a Hauora Maori tutor before joining the Primecare Dental team, educating aspiring health professionals about Maori health concepts. He is now eager to help everyone at Primecare Dental by sharing his excellent communication skills as well as his warm and engaging demeanour. He is a dedicated team member that is motivated by having the best interests of the patients in mind.

When not working, he may be found working hard to improve his own health, training to the point of exhaustion, spending time with his whanau, or riding his motorcycle across the stunning Aotearoa region.

With over 40 years of dental experience, Dr. Martin Badenhorst is a highly skilled and trusted dentist in the field. He specialises in all aspects of general dentistry, providing comprehensive care to his patients. Dr. Badenhorst earned his B.Ch.D. degree from Pretoria and further pursued his B.Ch.D. degree (Honours) from the Medical University S. Africa.

Throughout his career, Dr. Badenhorst has remained dedicated to staying updated with the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies. He believes in delivering personalised care, taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Dr. Badenhorst provides exceptional dental treatments tailored to meet the unique needs of his patients.
